Senior Associate Consultants typically join Marconi Pacific after completing their MBA, often with a few years consulting or industry experience. Senior Associates lead our management consulting and applied venture management activities and work as part of small teams focused on client issues. Typical responsibilities include project management, client relationship management, company research, technical research, financial analysis, technology and market evaluation, customer and industry-expert interviewing, business modeling and presentation of results and recommendations to the client.

We prefer Senior Associate candidates to have the following background and skills:

• Three + years in a telecommunications industry or related industry with a good understanding of telecommunication technologies and business issues
  
• Excellent analytic capabilities; numerically adept; detail oriented; work independently; excellent problem solving skills; creative; sense of humor
  
• Technical, financial or consulting background preferred
